My husband and I, along with our four friends, had a wonderful stay at the Eden Vale Inn last week. Not only are the facilities and amenities top quality, Mark and Gayle are exceptional hosts. We were treated to amazing breakfasts each morning, but also enjoyed a dinner of homemade pizza cooked in their wood-burning oven on the patio.
ReplyDeleteAs the innkeeper, Mark also went well beyond our expectations when my ring was lost in the pond during an early evening swim. He searched and located a submersible metal detector and spent an afternoon trying to locate it. Amazingly, the ring was found amid the rocks and vegetation, and will soon be on it's way back to Ohio within the week. I can't thank Mark (and Dave) enough for their extra efforts on our behalf.
Anyone with an inclination to visit the Sierra Foothills should make a point of checking out Eden Vale Inn. Every detail of the property, inside and out, has been carefully chosen and tended to by Mark and Gayle. If you'd like to enjoy a dip in the pond, however, I'd recommend you remove all jewelry beforehand!
