This time Barbara really "knocked it out of the park" with her Blueberry Cream Cheese French Toast!  She is the Innsitter here at Eden Vale Inn B&B in Placerville, and It was amazing to watch her work.  She served it with Blueberry Maple Syrup and fresh cut fruit from local gardens in the Sierra Foothills, which besides the melons, had three kinds of berries, kiwi and bananas.  Our guests were full and happy as they drove away, saying, "we will be back again!".

Kirsten made Ricotta Souffle Pancakes topped with Fresh Raspberry Sauce. The guests loved them,so light and delicious! The Souffle Pancakes were served them with Maple Sausage and Fluffy Scrambled Eggs.
